A wet few days had me feeling tired of cooler temps, drizzling rains and in need of a serious shot of color to brigthen my day. If not, I was going to end up curled under a blanket watching ‘Gone with the Wind’ on repeat as if I have that kind of life. Instead, I opted for a burst of blue and yellow to brighten my day.

I’m wearing sunglasses for the first time in years! My eyes have healed enough that I can go outside in my favorite rose-pink aviators. And a motorcycle t-shirt and skinny jeans and my trusty old Converse. Sporty, hot mamma today.

It’s so funny that the theme is rainy days.. because when I took my pictures outside for my outfit post, it was about to thunderstorm! The sky looked crazy and it was thundering sooo loudly!

Great casual outfit! Skinny jeans, v-neck tee, and ballet flats are actually kind of my uniform on the weekends. 🙂 I live in Oregon, so I can completely relate to the need for some color on drizzly days. Hope you get some sunshine soon!
