I'm a bit crazy about sunscreen. I probably have about fifteen bottles of it in my downstairs bathroom cabinet alone. That doesn't account for the girls bathroom or my own upstairs. The Booty Fixer

Part of being a parent, to me, is being healthy. Healthy in body and mind, as much as you can be. I won't say it is easy but it is definitely worth it. The strength, energy, stamina and ability to lug kids and groceries and get a better nights sleep all because I exercise on a regular basis makes me feel a thousand times saner and balanced.
