Home Chef- It’s What’s For Dinner

That is no lie.  What you eat plays an equally important role in your health and fitness goals.  Now, you know I'm all about being healthy as well as living in moderation. Personally, I find extremes UN-healthy. When Home Chef approached me last month to try out their service I about fell over with excitement.  Pre-planned meals delivered to my door twice a week? Sign me up, please! I plan our meals for each week on the weekends and then order our food accordingly.  I buy my groceries online through Harris Teeter and pick them up at the store to save time and money.
