I've used Rent the Runway quite a few times and it has never failed me. Whether it is a gala, cocktail party or last minute request their selection and customer service has always been on point. Even when a dress or two hasn't been available to me they have reached out via phone and email to make sure I was happy and offer up items that might work for me.  When that hasn't worked they have allowed me to choose multiple dress styles and various sizes to compensate at no additional cost.
