5 Tips to Cover Up Pimples

Cleansing and moisturizing your skin is basic skincare regime. However, exfoliation must be added to it to avoid acne issues because it has many benefits for your skin. Starting from cleansing, it helps to wash all the harmful stuff present over your skin. Keeping your skin moisturized minimizes your pores that help in reducing sebum discharge resulting in minimized acne. Adding exfoliation to your skin care routine helps to remove dead skin cells which can have bacteria build in. Next, exfoliation also helps in minimizing pores and results in increased blood circulation ensuring that proper nourishment reaches your skin. Therefore, try to exfoliate your skin once twice a month.

Go Natural:

Well, nature has provided us with many natural products that can help us to avoid and treat acne. Many of these products are available in your pantries like tomatoes, carrots, honey, yogurt, used green tea bags, turmeric, banana, and orange. By taking balanced diet you can keep your skin healthy, adding carrots and oranges to your diet can avoid skin breakouts as it has vitamin A and vitamin C in abundance. Other than this rubbing tomato slices or lemon on your face can help you kill bacteria. You can use turmeric in yogurt or ground dried orange peel and yogurt and apply it to your face will also help in killing bacteria. Banana peels are helpful in reducing the size of acne blend it, mix it with honey or maple syrup and apply over your acne. Green tea bags also reduce the size of acne due to their antioxidant properties.

Magical Spots:

Acne most probably seems to pop right before a worthy event. In this situation, you do not have enough time to treat your acne but you can cover up your acne in minutes with the help of concealer. Always apply primer over your acne and cover it with a concealer that best suits your skin tone. Use your concealer brush or fingers to conceal properly and cover it with translucent powder.

Keep It Clean:

If you experience skin allergy frequently try to keep things clean that comes in contact with your skin. Makeup brushes and implements are one of the sources of causing acne or pimples as they not only contain makeup build in them but also dirt and bacteria build in and applying makeup with such implements means transferring them to your skin. Similarly, wash and replace your pillows after every 3 to four days to avoid acne. Vacuum your carpeting as it also has bacteria build in it.

Stay Hydrated:

This tip is the simplest and easiest one. If you drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily it can lead you to a healthy body and healthy skin. Water helps in cleansing your body from within and it washes out toxins present in your body.
