The weather outside hasn’t been frightful just yet but it has taken a turn for the chilly and I just couldn’t stand the thought of heading outside to do a red and black winter style photo shoot for the link up. I would rather indulge in my latest obsession with creating flat lays.
They are like a little art form these flat lays. I love the idea of using a sheet versus a board. The sheet offers a lot more room and a bit of texture for creating your look.
I won this gold knot ring and houndstooth scarf from a giveaway from Joanna a few months back. When they arrived I immediately thought of this outfit. It is perfect for a party or just a day at the office.
